Nano: Titles and choosing the killer

So, Nano kicks off in mere hours. I’ve got a plot, some of my characters (a couple more and the main players will be complete), I know where and when I’m setting it. Just two problems: I don’t know how to come up with a title for my novel, and I don’t know who my killer is (I’m writing crime fiction). Does anyone have any advice on either issue? And how is your Nano planning going?
